Additional Info SR.9/42 (16/03/1955) Contracting Parties Ninth Session - Summary Record of the Forty-Second Meeting (04/03/1955) US: "the recent arrangements of the Belgian Government constituted gratifying progress towards the elimination of the problem. The United States did not, therefore, wish to press their complaint at this time, and wished to withdraw the item from the agenda of the Ninth Session." Reserved the right to bring the matter again before the Contracting Parties "should such action appear desirable again in the light of the outcome of the contemplated review."
