Additional Info | W.9/178 (07/02/1955) Report of the Panel on Complaints: The Panel examined the complaint that Germany had failed to bring down to the level of Benelux rates the German duties on cereal starch and potato flour as well as some derivatives, as agreed during the Torquay negotiations. An offer was made by Germany to request its Parliament to reduce certain such rates and to enter further negotiations regarding others. This offer was accepted by the Benelux representatives and the Panel recommended that note be taken of this report and that the item be removed from the agenda. SR.9/34 (22/02/1955) CP Ninth Session - Summary Record of the Thirty-Fourth Meeting (16/02/1955) CP "took note of the report of the Panel on Complaints." (Original underlined.) |
