Additional Info ADP/M/45 (17/10/1994) Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices. Minutes of the Special Meeting Held on 28/07/1994. The Chairman of the Committee received a communicaiton from the Chairman of the Panel: Panel submitted its Report to the parties on 15/02/1994. The parties requested a delay in its circulation and then, through a joint letter, requested a suspension of the proceedings without the issuance of a report. Therefore, the Panel decided not to submit a report to the Committee, pending further notification from the parties. The Committee took note.
