Additional Info SCM/174 (09/08/1993) United States – Measures Affecting the Export of Pure and Alloy Magnesium from Canada – Report by the Panel: Following an understanding reached with the United States, Canada formally notified the Panel that it had decided to withdraw its complaint in this matter. Canada noted that following an amendment of the contract at issue, the US Department of Commerce conducted a changed circumstances review and determined that the amended contract did not confer a subsidy. "In view of Canada's withdrawal of its complaint, the Panel considers considered that its proceedings are were terminated."
