Additional Info L/4789 (16/03/1979) Japanese Measures on Imports of Leather - Report of the Panel: The matter referred to the Contracting Parties by the United States concerned quantitative restrictions maintained by Japan on certain leather goods. On 26 February 1979 the Panel was informed that bilateral consultations between the US and Japan had been brought to a successful conclusion and that the US was withdrawing the complaint filed under GATT Article XXIII:2
