On 26 February 1979 the Panel was informed that bilateral consultations between the US and Japan had been brought to a successful conclusion and that the US was withdrawing the complaint filed under GATT Article XXIII:2 Note: The Report of the Panel (L/4789) reported a mutually agreed solution. |
